How to create Dropdown Lists in Google Sheets

Drop down lists are really useful and lets me honest look really cool!

There are two ways to do this;

First option;

Open a Google sheet;

Hit @Dropdown and they will enter 

Then using the Data Validation Rules on the left hand side enter your options.

You can colour code these too.

Adjust the cell range in the ‘Apply to Range’ section in the Data validation Rules tab.

Second option:

From the top ribbon click Data

Then select Data validation

Then follow the same steps above customizing the options and applying it to the data range.
